The Women's Interest Group is a peer support group providing a safe and confidential setting where women can be heard, understood and listened to on a deeper level.

Attentive Touch Massage

Therapeutic massage can promote general well-being and enhance self-esteem, while boosting the circulatory and immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation, muscle tone, digestion, and skin tone.

A Climbing Clinic For Women

Mary-Michael Levitt and her husband Barry Rusnock co-facilitate Women On The Rocks™. This women's rock climbing venue is designed to empower women, enhance your confidence, and self-esteem. This event is perfect for beginners who want to learn how to rock climb or would like to experience rock climbing. This venue is conducted outdoors on a natural cliff located in beautiful Allamuchy Mountain State Park. We provide all necessary climbing gear. All abilities are welcome.
